Return Policy
No Returns on clearance or special order items. All sales of these products are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. They are purchased AS IS off the rack.
For full purchase or sale items. These items may be returned or exhanged within 3 days of receipt but are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Final sale, custom orders, clearance sale, gift cards, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@bridalboutiquetx.com or use the contact form on our website to request a return authorization.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Return Shipping
- Returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If a return shipping label is provided, a fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that refunds will be less the 25% restocking fee and cost of shipping.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance. If we have not been made aware of the damaged or defective items within this time frame they are not eligible for a full refund or exchange. We do a thorough inspection of the product before it is sent.
